Attorney Mario Grillo

Attorney Mario Grillo has been working in the legal profession since 1983. He has participated in numerous trials of national importance as an attorney of suspects of crimes under Art. 416 and 416 bis (a simple explanatory title, is the "Maxiprocesso" and subsequent "Maxiprocessi" II and III). He has other particular expertise in areas requiring specialized technical knowledge:

• Medical professional liability (for which he has assumed the defense and care of many doctors and hospitals, as well as university professors holding legal responsibilities for public and private hospitals;
• Criminal liability of Public Administrators;
• Financial and corporate crime;
• Food frauds;
• Procedures relating to personal and property prevention measures;

Attorney Eugenio Tomasino

Attorney Eugenio Tomasino is enrolled in the register of lawyers at the Council of the Order of Palermo since 1999. In the same year, he joined Attorney Mario Grillo and opened their law firm located in Palermo on via A. De Gasperi 50. He has acquired specific expertise in the following areas:

• Drug trafficking
• Crimes against the person
• Crimes against property
• Hygiene food and food fraud
• Advice and defense for directors and heads of associations and clubs of sports
• Juvenile crimes

He plays an intense role as the defender of civil proceedings relating to crimes against person and property. He assists private parties, doctors, professionals in general, and directors of companies and shops.
